This much anticipated exhibition comes a little later than hoped, but for the month of September our gallery will host the evocative drawings of Malcolm Ashman.

Bath based artist Malcolm, presents a collection of landscape drawings started at the beginning of 2020. Initially the works were observational but as the year unfolded, they became less observational and more emotional, a contemplation of the force of nature.

Taken from his imagination Malcolm's expressive mark making reflects something fundamentally primal that places us in the wider world.
This new series of landscape drawings will be joined by a selection of Malcolm's figure drawing work.

We have all guidelines in place to ensure everyone can have a safe and enjoyable visit. We look forward to seeing you for our first exhibition of the year!
