“Capturing the energy of the ‘in-the-moment’ gestural painting has become the impulse behind my work.

Fixed by firing, my gestural marks are layered, glaze on glaze, clay slip manipulated to record spontaneous action.. Often experimental, like a writer searching to articulate meaning and exploring language for connection.”
