These beautiful unglazed porcelain cylindrical vases (glazed on the inside) are slip cast by hand mixing two colours of liquid clay within the mould to produce unique marbled patterns.

Yuta Segawa is a Japanese ceramic artist living in London. He is well known for his miniature pots that he throws individually by hand after honing the advanced ceramic skills he learnt in Japan and China. He has created more than five hundred original glazes that he uses to decorate each individual piece. 

SGW Lab was founded in London in 2018 to expand the scale of Yuta's personal work and to expand the possibilities of production. The SGW Lab's offering creates functional ceramic pieces that always hold unique decorative features achieve an accessible price point
