Gran Canarias
Whilst working as a practicing artist in New York, Snowden Flood developed a penchant for interiors, buildings and architecture. Her consequent work at Brooklyn Museum and then a large architectural practice, has inspired her ongoing series of gouache paintings which abstract staircases and internal structures of houses. Both Gran Canarias and Gayfere portray buildings experienced on her travels that captured her imagination.
