The bottom of the bubble is then pushed to join the top of the bubble and so a double wall is formed where the constriction or waist once was. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe technique was reawakened at the Rhode Island School of Design and is commonly referred to as a 'RISD' ring. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe maker has to work quickly and efficiently, and when executed effectively the double wall will also include a trapped band of air and have no surface difference to the rest of the vessel.
